Individual Compensation plan for Mobile Handset reiumbursement with limits for each Bands

Summary:

We have a requirement where an Employee can request for reiumbursement for a mobile phone purchase once in 2 years.

There is a cap for each band, eg, 40000 for Band 5, 60000 for Band 4 etc.

How can I acheive this cap in the Individual compensation plan based on the Employee's band when they try to enter the details in the 'Personal Contribution'

I've worked out the Approval part but now I need to make sure they claim only according to their band eligibility.
