How to bypass phase in Candidate Selection workflow in internal candidate?

Summary:

Hi All,

We want to use only one CSW for both internal and external candidates but for internal ones, we want to skip certain phases.

Currently, we have below phases for external candidates. but for internal ones, we want to skip New, Testing and Interview Phase 2nd.

Can someone help me out in bypassing or skipping the phase for internal .
