Defaulting Legal Employer from Organization Value - Rule not working

Summary:

Hello,

We're trying to define a rule so that the Legal Employer value in the Job Requisition's creation flow must be equal to the Organization value. Based on this:

  1. Job Requisition - Basic Info: Organization Value = A --> Job Requisition - Offer Info: Legal Employer = A
  2. Job Requisition - Basic Info: Organization Value = B --> Job Requisition - Offer Info: Legal Employer = B
  3. Job Requisition - Basic Info: Organization Value = C --> Job Requisition - Offer Info: Legal Employer = C

And so on. We configured the rule displayed in the screenshot below, but unfortunately it is not working.

Where are we going wrong? Could you kindly advise?

Howdy, Stranger!
