As Oracle recommended, we’ve scheduled the daily process “Complete the Recruiting Process”. Oracle document (Scheduled Processes in Oracle Recruiting Cloud) only has a short desc "This process performs automatic closeout activities when a person is hired for a job or an assignment or when a person is terminated from employment."

Issues:

(1) Under "Manage Job Offer", I performed the "Action" add work relationship, then I manually run the process, but the job offer status is not changed to "Processed", still remained in "Processing in Progress".

(2) Even the job offer status is "Processed" (I don't know when the status changed), job offer still showed under "Manage Job Offer", it didn't go away.
