Element entry changes do not have approval which impact change salary approval

Summary:

In Salary basis we are having the total cash compensation which is a sum of Base Pay and variable Pay. This Base and Variable Pay are stored as element entries. so while doing change salary transaction, only the total cash compensation amount is sent for approval and the approver does not know what is the split up of base pay and variable Pay. Also, element entry changes are done after the change salary approval and the element entry changes do not have approval.
