CX Sales show outbound REST Web Service Information

I'm new with groovy scripts and CX Sales, our Design team have a question about outbound web services, is about if is possible to show the outbound REST Web Service results in a non-persistent view, but also some information need to show a hierarchy (for example billing information with billing items and their individual details, if I choose the first billing item, the individual details are differents when I select the last billing item).

how can we build this kind of configuration in CX Sales and Groovy Script? is possible to build a subtab in account or contact to get the rest web service and show the results ?
