How can we pass the bot-user conversation history to become available to the called human agent ?

Is is done from the Skill (Skill Conversation logging option to "On") or using the System.AgentInitiation / System.AgentConversation ?

It says AgentConversation passes the conversation history to OSVC , but who actually maintains the conversation history ?
