Submit Sales Order is not invoking the On Save Groovy Script

Summary:

When user Submits the sales order, only the On Start of Submission Request extension is triggered.

However documentation states that action of Submitting the sale order will automatically save the sales order and invoke the On Save extension.

Customer may create sales order and immediately select Submit action, or may revise order and click Submit action without Save. As the On Save extension is not being triggered the validations are not performed, unless they duplicate the groovy script in the On Start of Submission Request. This requires maintenance in both scripts which is unnecessary and can lead to inconsistencies in scripts when updates are required.
