Upgrade to Paid account does not work

I have made two attempts to upgrade my account to paid, but it didn't work

Content (required):

When I click Upgrade and enter my creditcard info it is recorded and I click Start. In the form I see the notification that updrade is in progress. Nothing happens. When I return an hour later I still have the 'You are using free tier... ' notification and my Payment Method information is gone. My credit card is charged with Eur 1.00 (4 times for each attempt).

Any suggestions on how to get this fixed?
