View scanned invoices on WebCenter imaging

We are having a requirement to allow some users be able to view scanned invoices only and don't allow to create or update or access anything else. As per screenshot below.

We have created a custom role and assigned privileged AP_VIEW_SCANNED_PAYABLES_INVOICES_PRIV_OBI (View Scanned Payables Invoices) then assigned this custom role to user. However, with this user testing - user can't see the option to view the invoice on WebCenter imaging.


Could you please advise if there's any configuration we need to do?
