We'd like to be able to set a message step to deactivate techs' routes automatically

We have a large number of techs each day that we do not get a deactivation for. Most of these techs tell us that they performed a deactivation, so we are not sure why it doesn't get recorded in Manage. Regardless, they end up staying active until our after-hour Dispatchers find them and take them off duty, but, by this time, they've usually been on duty for a number of hours after their shift ended.

Is it possible to create a message step to deactivate a tech's route automatically if the schedule end has passed? For example, if the tech's route has ended 30 minutes prior and no ordered activities are still on the route, then deactivate.
