    Non Volume CSP Phases:

    New, Initial Screen, Assessment, Shortlist, HM Interview, ETW, Offer, Additional PES Checks, Hire

    In OTBI we are trying to report on the phase sequence order, and the assumption was that candidates at New would be at 1, initial screen 2, assessment 3 and so on.

    However when reporting on it, it seems that all candidates not at offer or hire are on sequence 1, candidates on offer are at 4, and candidates at hire are on 6.

    I can't see the logic in this, and want to be able to see the csp in sequential order based on the phase in the flow.
