Summary: What advantages/improvements will our users see by moving from PBL to HDL?


Content (required): We have been using the PBL "Load" and "Transfer" flows wrapped in a web application to load Kronos timecard data into Oracle Element Entries. Our users have been dragging their feet in moving over to HDL. I suspect we're not alone in that boat.

My management would like to know what advantages we can report to our users who have to quit using this PBL-based tool and convert to the "Load Data from PBL File" flow? Will it be faster? Are there any other improvements I can cite to smooth this transition?
