Is there a way to track Ownership Changes in IB

Is there an existing functionality to track the asset which is transferred between multiple customer accounts. for example Customer A has accounts like Account1 and Account2. Initially Item has been shipped to the Customer acount1 ship-to Loc1 and later customer has moved the Item from Account1 Loc1 to Account2 Loc2.

Is there a way I can change the ownership of the Item in IB from Account1 to Account2 ? How this can be achieved?
