No candidate interview update when they are invited to interview

Summary:

We are trying to roll out interview scheduling for our extremely high volume food stores.

We want the manager to add the slots then invite the candidates to interview, which works fine, however when the candidates are invited to interview there does not appear to be an update on the interview tab on the candidate record, meaning we can not auto progress them to a 'scheduling in progress' state. We are surprised to not see an 'Invited to interview' status in here (see screenshot)

Instead that screen is blank so it becomes difficult to see if managers have actually invited them or not?
