How to record the external candidate experiences in the Skills and Qualifications page

Hi,

we enabled the 'Record external learning experiences' functionality (see the screenshot 'Record_External_Learning_Experience.png'). Our aim is to import the external learning experiences, recorded by the employees, also in their Skills and qualification page. In other words, is there the possibility to record in the employee's Skills and Qualifications page (Me-> Career and development -> Skills and Qualifications) the external learning experiences entered by the employees in their Learning page?
