How to setup a default Product Fiscal Classification for PO

We use product fiscal classification to calculate taxes. Here in Brazil we usually define this by catalog LACLS_NCM_SERVICE_CODE in product categories. We used items that already have this category, but when we informed items at the line this field is not fulfilled with the item category. Is it possible to do any kind of setup to fulfill this field with this category item information?
