How to Change the Effective Date on enrollments in our Dental Plan

Summary:

We recently had an acquisition where we had to enroll over 200 employees into their medical and dental plans. We actually sent an enrollment file to our vendor before the acquisition so that people had cards in hand prior to 11/13. That effective date of 11/13/21 was already in the vendor site. Using the New Hire Life Event defaulted them all to 12/1/21, which puts everything at risk for coverage to be overwritten to 12/1/21 as a result. We want to avoid backing out the life events or enrollments.
