How can we limit the number of unique JobApp_Review_HM alerts sent to HMs?

We would like to set up the JobApp_Review_HM alert, but we do not want HMs notified every time a candidate enters the screening phase or for the same candidate every time the scheduled process runs.

We would like to set up the JobApp_Review_HM alert, but we do not want HMs notified every time a candidate enters the screening phase or for the same candidate every time the scheduled process runs. Under run options there is the option to stop duplicate messages, but it's not clear what a duplicate message is. If we change the stop duplicate messages to 1 day, will HMs receive the alert once a day for the same candidate? Or once a day for the same candidate until the HM reviews the candidate (and takes no action)? Or, will this alert only
