Ability for manager to finalise certain info such as start date before offer is created

We urgently need the ability for the hiring manager to input final details for the candidate such as start date, hours per week etc before the Offer is created by an automated robotic process. The urgency comes from our high volume food stores where we need as much automation as possible and the least amount of recruiter interaction

A manager carries out a candidate interview and the candidate passes and is verbally offered. The candidate will be moved to a 'verbal offer accepted' state and the manager will need to key (unsure where) in the system the final start date etc so that our automated robotic process can create the job offer with all of the correct details and extend to the candidate. In our current platform, a manager keys this in and it is populated on the candidate application in DFFs. However we are struggling with where this info could go on OR given there are no
