Cancel Work relationship should not trigger the email notifications

Hi All,

I have a few transactions waiting as a pending worker when I want to Cancel the Work relationship it triggers an email to the candidate notifying the offer has been revoked.

The requirement is to Cancel the work relationship but that should not trigger an email notification. Can someone please help me with the steps to achieve this?
