We have created one custom hiring manager role and assigned to the set HR users.
When HR users initiate a job requisition on behalf of any hiring manager, then they don't receive any message like demo application.
Please refer attached screen print of demo application.
To create a Job Requisition we follow below navigation.
My Client Group > Create Job Requisition (Quick Link) > Enter basic required details and Save and close.
