Free ODA training and certification

in Digital Assistant

Oracle are offering the Digital Assistant Certified Specialist training and exam for free until the end of the year. So I thought I’d check it out … and I have to say, I’m really impressed. The exam is comprehensive in its coverage of the broad range of ODA features, and deep in technical detail on how to actually implement them.

If you’re responsible for an ODA implementation project you should insist on all of your technical team members obtaining this qualification before they start. And just like for any other implementation project, be sure to have a team lead or architect who is an experienced practitioner with successful implementations to their name - it takes both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to deliver a smooth and successful project.
