How can a comp manager access entire worksheets?

Hi All,

We are exploring an option where compensation manager can access entire worksheet and do necessary changes.

Comp manager does have an option to proxy as a manager and this option works fine when we are following line manager hierarchy. Comp manager can proxy as the top level manager and access entire worksheet. But this option doesn't work if there are multiple top level managers, in such case comp manager need to remember all top level managers and proxy one by one.

Would like to check if we have any option where comp manager can always access entire worksheet.
