Best Practice: How to exclude requisitions with offers extended/accepted
Hello, I’ve been asked by the recruiting team to see if requisitions where a candidate who has accepted an offer could be removed/excluded from their active requisitions list. This would allow the recruiter to see their true open requisitions they need to work on. I assume this would be a Taleo enhancement request.
I provide a daily open requisitions report minus requisitions with an accepted offer. It works, but recruiters would prefer to work out the application as opposed to looking through a report. “Too many steps/clicks”
Is there anyone who would share what they do for their recruiting team?
