LinkedIn candidate profile How can we indicate from LinkedIn that candidate already exists ?

Hello ,

In LinkedIn - we would like when a recruiter looks on a candidate profile in LinkedIn - to see an indication if the candidate already exists in tales or not. 

I understood it’s possible. How can we implement that ?
