Offer Letter Conditional Region

Summary:

Is it possible to use conditional region formatting in an offer letter RTF template to show a paragraph if a field contains a certain string of characters? For example: we only want a paragraph to show if the grade includes "MGR". The grade will have values in front of MGR and after MGR. I was hoping there would be a "contains" option but I don't see one. Thanks!
