Allow a flow to work out if a chat is within or out with working hours
Content (required):
I would like a flow to understand if a chat is within working hours or out with working hours. If it is within working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, I want to offer a customer the opportunity to chat to a contact center agent. If it is out with office hours, including weekends, the option would be to send an email that would be picked up and responded too the next working day.
