Workforce Compensation for employees outside line manager hierarchy without acting as Proxy
Summary:
We have a requirement where the merit increase needs to be performed by department administrators who are restricted by department AOR. There is a scenario where employees belonging to same department and do not roll-up to the same department administrator and the ask is to have a flexibility for department admin to give merit increase for these employees without acting as a proxy to the another line manager.
They also do not want to have a secondary manager hierarchy.
