Due to employment laws in the UK we cannot use/post the same job descriptions that we have in the US which includes a requirement for number of years of experience. Up until this point, we have simply removed the years of experience requirement from our posting. Doing this now makes us not compliant.


Ideally, we would open duplicate reqs in each region and close one out at the end. We have not done this before because this impacts our head count reporting and would negatively impact cross functional teams. I was curious if we could come up with a solution where we are able to open duplicate reqs in different locations. Perhaps there's functionality I don't know about to have a "parent" req and we could create a child in the UK and a child in the US? From a compliance standpoint I don't want to risk not having the appropriate posting language on
