ODA for Canadian Clients
Summary:
ODA does not recognize company country defaults - system is returning US terms that are not relevant to our employees (W2 over T4, State over Province, inconsistent use of correct currency)
Content (required):
Expectation is that bot responses uses terms that are generic (i.e. year end tax forms) or based on country settings (Canada = T4) but this is not what we are experiencing.
Given the volume of shortcomings in other areas (only recognizes word manager but not leader as another example) is there advice on how to manage the volume of edits/custom utterances required?
