(newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

How competencies work within Career Development
Summary:
We have just started using Job Model Profiles, to include adding competencies to each job, and have questions on the expected functionality.
Content (required):
- We added the competency to the item catalog with a description and then tied the competency to the job model profile.
- When we go into Career Development and add the job as a Career of Interest, why doesn’t the description of the competency show? All that is visible is the name and the minimum and target proficiency level. Is there way to have more details of the competency visible, such as the description?
- There also isn’t competency details on the skills and qualifications page when evaluating it. Can more details be configured here as well?
