Select Background Check package during offer process not while initiating requisition.
Our requirements are
- A recruiter will select the vendor during requisition creation process or we will default the vendor (HireRight). (They wouldn't select the package at the time) Once a candidate is offered, we will go to screening on the candidate's profile and then add the package and then trigger the background check.
The reason for this business case is that, a recruiter does not know what package to be selected hence they want to wait under a candidate is identified and based on the candidate profile they want to initiate the background check for example, if there is an international candidate so it needs international background and for local it's not needed.
