Unable to find the plan on the Refresh and Back out compensation processes

I have defined the workforce compensation plan and run the start workforce compensation plan in Administrative mode.

Now, I want to run the Refresh Workforce Compensation Data process but I couldn't find the plan on the run control page and the same issue persists on the Backout workforce Compensation. Can someone please help me to find out the root cause of it?
