Enable skills and qualification under Career and Performance

We wanted to enable skills and qualifications tile under career performance.We have enable Career and Performance from Navigator ->Structure. From profiles, Person->Content Items->Licences and Certifications-> Added The roles.Still we are not able to see skills and qualifications under skills and qualifications tile under career performance.

Pls let us know if I am missing anything.
