Hi All
We have requirement to manage reference checks (No 3rd party services) as part of preboarding (after offer acceptance). Looking for suggestions on best way to capture reference contact information from candidate. And also please share best practices to handle this requirement in ORC.
Requirement
1) Capture reference contact info from candidate
2) HR Team should be able to view this information and follow up with references
3) Referee should be able to provide feedback offline through email etc
4) Record results in ORC for future reference etc. and to say reference request has been actioned.
