Request for creating reverse DNS records for reserved IPs

Content (required):

I am a free tier user of Oracle Cloud. I have an instance with a reserved IPv4 and an IPv6. I have already created the (forward) DNS records for this server. I would like to request for the creation of the Reverse DNS records for these IPs.
