Is it possible to accept by proxy on the My Receipt screen when the requester is absent?

Summary:

Can the same Dept. person with Requestor use “My Receipt” to register “Acceptance QTY”?

Content (required):

Thinking about absence of the requester, ct want to make other person to receive the PO with using "My Receipt" page.

Because of product license, "My Receipt" page is the only way they can receipt the PO.

How can we enable this requirement?

Do we have a special privilege that allows to receive other person's requisition PO on My Receipt page?

The proxy person has Self-Servise Procurement role only.
