Background Check Package Selection

Currently, a recruiter will need to select a package when they start a requisition, however, there are many scenarios that recruiter will not know what package to select at the beginning of the process and they may decide to do it later.

Is it possible to select a package when initiating a background check later in the hiring process? For example Offer State etc.
