How to show additional fields in the "Offer Info" tab of the requisition screen.

Summary:

We currently create requisition by using the "Position" in "USE TYPE" field of the requisition. The "Offer Info" tab currently has BU, Legal Employer, Department, Work location, Job, grade. I believe they are defaulting from the position chosen on the requisition. We need to display some additional fields in the same tab (like Grade min/max range etc). Any pointers to accomplish this is appreciated.
