Approved Absences are not replacing scheduled hours on the planned schedule.
Summary:
When I add an Approved Absence to a worker, it is not replacing scheduled hours for that day, but overlapping the scheduled shift on the planned schedule.
Content (required):
I noticed that the same thing happens in Oracle's Demo environment. I added 2 sick days for Anthony Wesley, which appear on the planned schedule in addition to his regular shifts.
This becomes a problem when I calculate his time card, because it shows 56 reported hours, when it should show 24.
If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please let me know.
