Set the ModifyingApprover for purchasing requisition using API

Summary:

Hi guys we are developing an integration using OIC, and we are facing a problem. We tried to set the ModifyingApprover in the purchasing requisition using the patch operation of /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/purchaseRequisitions/{purchaseRequisitionsUniqID} but we got the response "Attribute ModifyingApprover in view object PurchaseRequisitionHeaderVO cannot be set."We tried with the Id and email as well. Is there a way to do that using an API (rest or soap)
