How to remove Personal Payment Methods from Employees

Summary:

We have found that employees using self-service can navigate to Me - Directory and search for themselves from there they can then show more and select Payment Methods.

Payment Methods can then be manipulated by the employee.

How can we remove the ability from employees to manage payment methods?
