Dashboard Prompt Filter Question

Hello,

In an OBI dashboard prompt, how do I default a date filter to be 'is not null'?

I know I could put this as a filter on the reports but I want the users to be able to change the metrics on the page based on the date field being null or not null. Not Null is more common which is why I want to default the value.
