Summary:
I have a digital assistant that has a number of service and system skills based on the nature of the customers enquiry. Service skills such as benefits, council tax and bins plus system skills such as smart assistant that, when activated, allows a customer to contact the council via email if their enquiry has not been answered. Each skill flow has a knowledgebase option built in if the answer cannot be found in one of my service skills e.g. `car park locations`. The problem I have is that knowledgebase is not being triggered but instead I am getting the attached
