How do we restrict Folder Movement (Drag and Drop option) of BI Catalog Custom Shared Folders? Is anyone can advise on this?

Recently we had a bad experience that one user has been moved Data Model Folder into some other location and reports were not worked.

could you please share your valuable thoughts to restrict these report movements in the BIP engine?
