Budgetary Control in Internal Material transfer intercompany

Hello

I'm creating an IMT wiht Source organization and destination organization in different BU's but the budget control is not taken this transaction for control.

When we click check Fund buttom we receive this messega:

The transaction isn't subject to budgetary control.

My question is, can budget control can affect intracompany transactions? and How?
