Ampere CPU Limit reached

Hello,


it is not possible anymore to create full CPU / RAM Ampere Ressources. I think the system is buggy. It doesn't allow to use all the ressources:

This should be ok but with this you can't create the ressource. It says that your limit is reached while in fact it is not.

But using almost all ressources is ok:


Can you please fix it so I can create an ampere unit again?
