How to Control Access to Learning Catalog Items Based on Community Membership

Summary:

I have a community set up for a specific group of learners. We will be adding these learners in batches. There are 4 specializations that have been added to this community with approximately 16 courses.

I would like to control the access to these specializations and their courses/activities so that only members and community managers can see them in the Learning Catalog.

Content (required):

I was thinking that I would first create an OTBI assignment analysis to capture anyone who is a member (required or regular) or community manager of the community. Then I would create a Global Access Group based on that analysis (this may be an extra unnecessary step.)

Howdy, Stranger!
