Content (required):

VCN creation fails with Count of total IPv6 CIDRs exceeds max limit: 0 error on Oracle Always Free Tier.

However, there are no other VCNs.

Accordingly to Oracle Always Free Resources: Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN): Maximum of 2 VCNs, includes IPv4 and IPv6 support

Could you please suggest, what could be the problem?
